The Linux keyboard shortcuts F3 and Alt N (PC) or F3 and option N (Mac) will perform the Find Next action. F3 for Find Next is available in KDE and LXDE (only certain applications). You may have to swap fn key functionality to use F3 with a Mac. Alt N / option N for Find Next is only available with certain apps in KDE. Find Next is a global Linux keyboard shortcut that is usually located in the Edit menu or the Search menu. The same keyboard shortcuts may also be available with other desktop environments that can be run on Linux.
